We’re excited to share our latest updates in HandiFox Online. Here’s what’s new.
In the web app:
1. Deleting Inventory Transfers
Now you can permanently delete inventory transfers. Go to Transfer Center→ View Transfer→ …→ Delete.
This option is available for Owners and Managers.
2. Adding new customers and vendors
Take advantage of the new shortcuts to add Customers and Vendors.
To add a new customer from any sales transaction (Sales Order, Invoice, Sales Receipt, Payment), select Create New Customer in the dropdown menu for Customer. Fill out the new customer’s profile, and save the changes.
To quickly add a new vendor, follow the same instructions for Purchase Orders. Generate a new PO, select Create New Vendor for Vendor, and fill out the new profile.
3. New Inventory Total Value report
The new Inventory Total Value report details the current inventory quantity and total cost for all sites and items, or only for the selected ones.
4.Downloading subscription invoices
Now you can download your subscription invoices from Subscription info -> History. Click on the link under Invoice Number.
You can download invoices only for the new purchasesafter this release.
In the mobile app:
1. Showing/hiding items in the mobile app (Android and iOS) for selected locations
To show orhide specific items on mobile devices assigned to different locations, you need to set those items to be visible or invisible. This is done from the web app by going to Settings → Inventory and checking "Select items which will be visible only for particular sites". After turning on this setting, go to an item’s profile and tick all the locations where you’d like this item to be visible/invisible in the web app or mobile devices.
There’s another way to change item visibility - it’s the one via Site Manager. Go there to edit a site, then click Make all items visible or Make all items invisible.
2. Emailing transactions from the iOS mobile app
You can email purchase orders, sales orders, invoices, sales receipts, and inventory counts right from your HandiFox iOS app. Tap on the transaction of your choice and select Email.
