We are pleased to name our Q1 2016 Best Partner and dedicate this blog post to this person as a big thank you for his help and contribution. This is Scott Gregory, a QuickBooks expert and President of Bottom Line Accounting Solutions. While being one of our fairly new partners, Scott demonstrated his professionalism and a keen interest in extending his company’s service offerings by spreading the word about HandiFox. Here is our interview with Scott.

Scott, can you fill us in with some background to your company?

Scott: Bottom Line Accounting Solutions was founded in 2001, and I am the president. I help manufacturers, distributors, and field-service companies better understand how to use QuickBooks in their business, and help them become more profitable. I also work with a number of QuickBooks add-on products that offer functionality beyond what QuickBooks can provide. Having 30+ years of accounting, CPA, inventory, manufacturing, and CFO experience allows me to offer my clients a better perspective on things well beyond “what button do I push”.

What are the most common customer pains that you help address?

Scott: Many clients come to me searching for a better understanding of how to handle their inventory in QuickBooks and/or help them find a solution outside of QuickBooks for their inventory needs. Many of these businesses are looking to streamline and automate their operations, have better control and management of their inventory investments, and find ways to get more done in less time while not being tied to a PC to get it done.

Where did you find out about HandiFox and how did you become a HandiFox Referral Partner?

Scott: I learned about Handifox when it was named one of the Sleeter Awesome Add-on products. A quick review of the product indicated it would be a perfect fit for the client base that I work with so I joined the referral partner program. Becoming a referral partner was quite easy – I connected to that via the Handifox web site. Within a day, they had me up and running in the program.

How do you feel about our solution?

scott gregory 1.jpg Scott: The Handifox solution has been a very welcome addition to my toolkit. The support I have received to pre-sales and product questions has been excellent, and the Handifox team has been exceptionally helpful in dealing with clients and prospects that have an interest in the software. The great thing about Handifox is that it doesn’t require a complete reconfiguration of workflows, since QuickBooks is still very much in the picture. Handifox brings much needed functionality (i.e. barcoding, mobile access) that QuickBooks does not offer at a very attractive price point. The return on investment for businesses in need of this type of software should be pretty quick.
